Founded in Montreal in 2008 by Khalil Abouabdelmajid, Agence Zion is an artist agency specializing in world and global music, supporting artists in developing their careers across Quebec, Canada and international markets. Its expertise includes artist representation, tour development, as well as live, recording and audiovisual production.

 

Its roster reflects the diversity of today’s global music scene, bringing together artists with strong and distinctive identities from Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Maghreb and Quebec. Afrobeat, reggae, salsa, African and Latin music, electronic music, jazz and cross-cultural creations come together in projects with a decidedly global outlook.

 

Artists represented by the agency include Kizaba, selected for an official showcase at WOMEX 2025, and Wesli, featured in an offWOMEX showcase in 2017, as well as Joyce N’sana, Mateo, Andy Rubal, Grooz, Djim Radé, Erol Josué and Sound of Mint.

 

At WOMEX 2026, Agence Zion aims to strengthen its international network and develop new touring, representation and collaboration opportunities by building lasting relationships with festivals, presenters, agents and partners across international markets.
